Walaa supports Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Customers join through a QR code or link and save your program’s card in the wallet available on their device, without downloading a separate Walaa app. Earning and rewards follow the rules you set for your shop.
From the first scan to a saved card
Place your joining link or QR code at the counter, or share it through your shop’s channels. Explain the reward and how to earn it before asking someone to join.
After joining, the customer saves the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, depending on their device. A compatible wallet needs to be available. ‘No extra app’ means there is no separate Walaa app to install.
Make earning easy to understand
Choose a model that suits your business: stamps for qualifying visits or purchases, or points under your program rules. At the visit, your team checks the transaction and applies the agreed rule so the customer knows what they earned.
Define eligible products, any minimum purchase, and how cancellations or returns affect earning. These are decisions for your program, not universal rules across every Walaa card.
Make the reward clear
Tell customers when a reward becomes available, what it can be used for and whether it expires. Your team checks eligibility at redemption. The checkout should not be the first place someone hears about an exclusion.
A card that looks like your brand
Splash Car Wash, Beauty Care, Peekaboo and Kitty Here use Walaa stamp cards with their own identities. These are real examples of card branding, not evidence that their reward rules or program results are the same.
The card carries your identity, while field placement and some display behaviour depend on the wallet and device. The card’s appearance in both wallets belongs in your program setup review.
Give every reminder a reason
Walaa supports automated birthday and inactivity notifications. Tie a message to a reward or a clear reason to return. Notification display also depends on device and wallet settings; sending a notification does not prove it was seen.
What should you prepare?
- Your logo, colours and the program type you are considering.
- An earning and redemption rule your team can explain.
- Your current checkout process and any requirements you want us to review.
- A Zoom meeting arranged through WhatsApp to review your idea and discuss pricing.
