Loyalty reward ideas that fit your customers and your business

A good reward does not have to be the largest discount. It can be something your customer values and you can offer consistently.

At a glance

Choose a reward around actual buying habits, understand its cost and explain when it is earned. These ideas are planning suggestions, not current offers or proven results from Walaa customers.

Start with an idea close to your business

  • Café: a defined drink after completing a stamp card, with clear rules for extras.
  • Salon: a suitable service reward after qualifying visits, with clear booking rules and exclusions.
  • Shop: points or cashback credit for a later purchase under clear terms.
  • A business with several services: review multi-stamp options if progress needs to be distinguished by service.

Check the idea against your margin

Ask what the reward costs when used and whether it requires stock or staff time. Consider whether it can be combined with other promotions. A promise you can consistently fulfil is clearer than an appealing reward with impractical conditions.

Write the terms before the announcement

  • Eligible purchases and the earning rule.
  • The specific reward, any expiry and exclusions.
  • How returns and cancellations are handled.
  • Who answers customers’ questions.

Use customer feedback

Low redemption does not automatically mean low interest. Customers may misunderstand a rule, find the reward too distant or encounter unavailable stock. Review program data and recurring questions before changing the offer.
